The Business Systems & Reporting Manager is responsible for administration and oversight of ACNC’s business critical systems, overseeing basic helpdesk support and coordinating escalated issues to software vendors. The BS&RM will work with the Director of Information Technology to analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement, define associated business requirements, and provide solutions and recommend best practices. In addition, this role supervises the Business Systems team that is responsible for system configuration, creating Tableau/SSRS/Power BI reports, developing ad-hoc SQL queries, and providing end user training. This position also oversees and supports integrations and API’s related to existing and future systems, which are currently Galaxy and Salesforce.

Essential Duties: 
  • Provides quality guest service to both internal and external guests by maintaining a WILD (friendly, helpful, positive and professional) working attitude and appearance.
  • Supervises Business Systems team with a focus on creating efficiencies, fostering collaboration, and developing talent, while consistently demonstrating strong leadership competencies and effectively leveraging soft skills such as communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability to achieve organizational goals.
  • Serves as the primary system administrator for Galaxy and Salesforce, which are ACNC’s current ticketing POS system and fundraising and development software. 
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance and future use of ACNC’s ticketing, fundraising and development software, and ecommerce related to these and other systems.
  • Analyzes existing systems for improvements, defines business requirements, and provides solutions and best practices.
  • Creates/Oversees Tableau, SSRS, Power BI or other reports to provide data driven insights, and implements and maintains system integrations to advance ACNC’s strategic goals.
  • Develops procedures and documentation to build organizational system knowledge and efficiency, which also serve as continuity tool related to intellectual assets.
  • Conduct ongoing configuration and monitoring of business-critical systems and related integrations. Maintain up to date test environments and develop test scripts to ensure thorough version evaluation.
  • Works with ACNC’s internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize reporting needs, and develops custom analytics to support the organization’s use of data driven insights
  • Documents business requirements and configures systems and related dependencies to support organizational needs.
  • Works with vendors to upgrade systems and remain up to date with current version releases.
  • Review documentation and identify and implement new features that will improve organizational effectiveness and improve the user experience.
  • Assist the Director in supporting the efforts of all organizational units that rely on business system resources; including, Human Resources, Finance, Guest Relations, Membership, and Fundraising and Development.
  • Participates as an active member of user communities related to relevant systems and stays current while improving skills to add value to the organization.
  •  Possess a firm understanding of SQL concepts, and continues to develop and grow this skill set.                                                 16.
  • Stays current on PCI requirements, and maintains all elements of the environment in compliance with those standards.
  • Configures, administers, and supports the ecommerce sales environment, and has a solid understanding of related web technologies.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain all system related and custom hardware; including, ticket printers, scanners, PVC card printers, and receipt printers.

Salary
  • $84,537.00 - $105,402.00 / Year
