Responsibilities:
- The Director of Marketing and Communications is responsible for creating and executing strategies and tactics that cultivate the zoo’s relationships with its audience, media, and the community at-large to boost brand awareness, uphold a positive image for the zoo, and drive revenue associated with attendance, membership, and onsite activities or events.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field; five years of marketing or communications experience; and three years of supervisory experience are required.
- Direct experience with digital marketing, website creation, photography, video, and social media and experience with hospitality, tourism, cultural attraction, or zoological organizations are preferred.
