Hospital Keeper

Applications are being accepted for a full-time Hospital Keeper.

Responsibilities:
  • The Hospital Keeper provides support to the Director of Animal Health and Conservation and other veterinary staff by assisting with animal care, quarantine, water quality testing, and maintenance of the veterinary hospital and all quarantine facilities

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in an animal-related field and two years of experience in a zoological setting are preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Familiarity with all taxonomic groups, including both terrestrial and aquatic, is preferred.

  • This is a full-time position requiring availability for a 40-hour work week year-round.
