Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society is seeking a dynamic Manager of Strategic Partnerships & Revenue Development to elevate our corporate presence and drive mission-aligned revenue that supports wildlife and conservation. What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorships
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to grow brand visibility and revenue.
  • Build the framework and workflows for a high-performing program—including ROI guidelines, reporting structures, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Identify, cultivate, and pitch new corporate partners aligned with the Zoo’s mission.
  • Create and manage compelling sponsorship and branding opportunities across events, digital platforms, and onsite experiences.
  • Track KPIs, maintain a strong pipeline, and deliver successful sponsorship activations.
Third-Party Ticketing & Revenue Development
  • Create and oversee a sales strategy leveraging tour operators, hotel concierges, OTAs, and other partners.
  • Establish revenue and operational guidelines in collaboration with leadership.
  • Build program frameworks, reporting tools, KPIs, and contract tracking systems.
Community Relations
  • Develop and strengthen community partnerships with corporate and nonprofit organizations.
  • Represent the Zoo at community events alongside the Chief Marketing & Technology Officer.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership development, sponsorships, or related fields (nonprofit or attraction experience highly preferred; zoo/aquarium experience is a huge plus).
  • Creative and strategic thinker who can turn ideas into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for our mission.
  • Willingness to work outdoors as needed and represent the Zoo at events.
